The kids had a ball painting Shelley's shell. Uncle Lee says he's dead meat if he ever escapes to the 'wild'. (his buddies are sure to make fun of him!) Oh well, he's now our pet.

Thanks Kathy for the 'gift'! Bryant and Mary Grace have made a deal to let him take turns sleeping in their rooms each night. They love feeding him and soon we'll need to upgrade his home from the box. Any suggestions anyone? Not real up on turtles.......just knew we needed to make him cute!

Don't know much about turtles, so I cannot offer any advice. Just love the name though!:)Haha!
