We had such a great Christmas this year....Christmas Eve with the Seagos, on to the Christmas Eve service, Christmas morning was just us, and then my parents came in town and we had lots of guests for lunch. We had a great afternoon playing the ping pong table and the many games for the Wii and playstation 3. We had sooooo many blessings to be thankful for and we wanted to make sure this season above all others had the focus on Christ, who has blessed us abundantly through this year....starting with expecting a new baby, sparing David's life while chocking, and then sparing his life once again during his bike accident.
My favorite memory from this holiday was when Bryant and Mary Grace decided we needed to give Jesus a present for his birthday. We explained that Jesus really just wants our hearts...our lives to be devoted to him entirely, and to give Him all the glory. In the eyes of my children, they thought they would draw him a picture, tie them on to helium Happy Birthday balloons, and let them go up to Heaven! (ALL Bryant's idea) So of course we agreed and went to Kroger Christmas Eve and bought balloons. They colored their pictures before they went to bed and after the excitement of Santa Christmas morning....we sang Happy Birthday, blew out candles on our cupcakes, then let our balloons go........
here are our pics~

What a sweet memory! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
I'm sure Jesus smiled when he saw your kids' love letters. No wonder he says let the little children come to him. Their hearts are so pure.
I love that! Sounds like a great new Seago tradition! We had cupcakes, too! I pray for time to pass quickly as you get to the end of your pregnancy. I pray for a healthy, happy Baby and Momma!
