I can't tell you how many times I heard that one morning when it was about 30 degrees outside and we were out training for this race. No joke we had to get off the sidewalk because of the ice that had formed on it. I can't begin to tell you how proud I am of my wife and her dedication to this. She put her mind to it and she is going to do it. Kudos to Stacy. You are awesome. The time has come for our longest run of our young running careers. We will be leaving tomorrow for the Country Music Marathon in Nashville. The race is on Saturday. Please keep us in your prayers as we travel and during the race itself. Also please remember our babies, Bryant and Mary Grace, as they spend the weekend with their "faux" family, the Psonaks. It should be a great weekend to spend with one another and with our dear friends, Toby and Christy Burchfield. God Bless.

Yay Stac and David. I'm so proud of both of you. I feel so excited - I feel like I'm about to run it myself (without all the months of training..100's of miles) - being a friend of a runner is truly the way to go!
Stacy - you set your mind to this and you have been so determined, and so focused. You've got heart girl. I can't count the days that you were headed out to train. I remember the 3 and 4 miles here... and then the 6-8 miles there... YOu have done it! YOu have prepared your body and you are ready!!! I could not be prouder of you!!! Have a great trip together!!! I will be thinking of you and lifting you up.
